12 Day Seasonal Cleanse
Please note this program is a Winter program only. During Summer I run my 21 Day Detox Program instead.
This program has been created due to high demand for my 21 Day Detox Program. Although the detox has achieved incredible results for hundreds of people, I only run the program in the warmer months of the year because during the colder months our bodies are not conducive to such an extreme detoxification.
This program however, is the ultimate kick-start to preparing your body for the months of Winter. The main goal of this 12 day cleanse is to:
- cleanse and support your digestive organs (goodbye bloating, stomach pains and low energy)
- reach peak immunity condition (catch ya never flu and fever)
- maintain that inner wellness glow (no more dull, dry and baggy eyed mirror reflections)
- combat winter weight gain (yes, those jeans can fit!)
What is involved:
- 12 Day eating plan listing exactly what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
- All recipes from the eating plan which are seasonal with a focus on foods high in anti-oxidants, fibre, protein and anti-inflammation properties.
- Each recipe is whole food based, gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free. (vegetarian options available).
- Private Facebook Group with daily support from myself. Also includes extra information/education about why certain foods, meals and cooking methods are recommended as well as lifestyle recommendations to gain maximum benefit from the program.
