Join me for one of my whole foods cooking classes where you will be inspired to find a healthy, balanced approach to your nutrition. Not only will you enjoy a four course meal but you will learn how to cook the recipes and you will also receive your own recipe booklet to use at home with any additional recipes we discuss during the class! I will talk you through the benefits of the foods we cook with, the best ways to cook them to preserve nutrient value, and you will also get a tour of my veggie patches and a sneak peek into my pantry!
Classes are limited to 8 people so you have a front row view of the demonstrations as well as plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk all things nutrition. I like my classes to run in a relaxed environment so there's no pressure on you to do any of the cooking - just the eating! Simply sit back, watch me cook and ask any nutrition questions that are on your mind. I source all food from the local farms and farmers markets with organic produce making up most of the menu. Other topics we discuss during the class include balancing meals, portion sizes, organic eating, which oils to cook with, which superfoods are worth it, where to source produce and much more!

This class is great for those who have all the good intentions to eat a wholefood based diet but need recipes that are easy, quick and balanced! All of these recipes can be whipped up in under 30 minutes!
