Please note the Body Good Food Kitchen is currently closed for renovations. I look forward to opening new cooking classes from April 2018.
Join me for one of my whole foods cooking classes where you will be inspired to find a healthy, balanced approach to your nutrition. Not only will you enjoy a four course meal but you will learn how to cook the recipes and you will also receive your own recipe booklet to use at home with any additional recipes we discuss during the class! I will talk you through the benefits of the foods we cook with, the best ways to cook them to preserve nutrient value, and you will also get a tour of my veggie patches and a sneak peek into my pantry!
Classes are limited to 8 people so you have a front row view of the demonstrations as well as plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk all things nutrition. I like my classes to run in a relaxed environment so there's no pressure on you to do any of the cooking - just the eating! Simply sit back, watch me cook and ask any nutrition questions that are on your mind. I source all food from the local farms and farmers markets with organic produce making up most of the menu. Other topics we discuss during the class include balancing meals, portion sizes, organic eating, which oils to cook with, which superfoods are worth it, where to source produce and much more!

" Thank you so much for the nutritional cooking class on Saturday. I loved every minute of it. It was not just a cooking class but a complete insight into how to cook for optimum health. You covered pretty much everything from ‘the good oils’, why chose organic, medicinal herbs & spices, along with creating a delicious four course meal. The afternoon was inspirational & I look forward to your next one."
" Thanks for the nice afternoon on Saturday! I'd absolutely to take another cooking class from you! You were certainly very informative and knowledgeable! Loved the pantry tour! The dishes you showed us to make we're all recipes that I'll try again - the salmon was particularly delicious! Thanks for a lovely relaxing afternoon. It was nice gathering around the table with friends eating delicious healthy food!" Betsy Lawrence
" I can't thank you enough for such an incredibly educational & enjoyable cooking class on Saturday. I was surprised how little I knew about whole foods & nutrition and how just a few simple changes to my everyday food choices can really change the way I feel. I was so inspired when I got home Saturday night, that I got up early Sunday, purchased what I needed for the Jamu and now it will now be my first "go to" every morning!! Please keep me posted on any future cooking classes. It was an absolute pleasure meeting with you, you have inspired me to take more care of my body!"
''Thank you for an extremely tasty and informative cooking class. I learnt so many tips about making my food intake healthier and introducing new ingredients into my diet. I can't wait to try the recipes I learnt at home! I loveedddd the salmon and the banana icecream so good!!!''
" Steph’s cooking class was delicious, nutritional and inspiring and was a great team activity for our office to do together. We all learnt so much about different ingredients we had not used before and even better ways of storing different food items. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and thought it was our best cooking class to date, by-far! We are looking forward to testing the recipes at home."
