This class is great for those who have all the good intentions to eat a wholefood based diet but need recipes that are easy, quick and balanced! A five course meal is included and all of these recipes can be whipped up in under 30 minutes!
The menu can include recipes such as Meal in One Smoothie, Vegetarian Satay Stir Fry, Sesame Chicken Patties and Choc Banana Muffins with Tahini Caramel & Banana Ice-cream. The menu will always include a smoothie, an entree, shared main meal paired with a hearty salad and a seasonal salad followed by a healthy dessert.
