About Steph

Steph is a Registered Nutritionist, and foodie at heart, whose balanced approach and simple, delicious recipes have helped thousands of people discover a love for healthy seasonal eating. Specialising in culinary nutrition, Steph is sought after for her ability and passion to take the science about nutrition into the kitchen to show you how to enjoy healthy food as part of your everyday cooking. She is a breath of fresh air in the nutrition industry who will have you realising that you can have a wholesome and nutritious diet, without losing the wonderful enjoyment food brings.

Steph has natural culinary creativity when it comes to food, which coupled with her nutrition expertise, has led her to develop recipes, content, events and programs for brands, restaurants and celebrities from all around the globe. Her popular cooking classes have raving reviews and she also works as an ambassador for some of Australia’s most well-known food and kitchen brands including Miele, Cobram Estate and Farmers Union.

Body Good Food is Steph’s business where herself and her team offer services in recipe development, content creation, media and brand expertise, as well as in person and virtual workshops and cooking classes. This website is a space where Steph provides inspiration and education around all thing’s nutrition through her blog, recipes and online programs. As a leading Australian Nutritionist, Steph is on a mission to inspire people to fall in love with eating healthy.

Behind the apron

In addition to her nutrition work, Steph plays another very important role as mum to toddler son Beau and new baby Jai. She also runs a training and nutrition studio in Melbourne (Linked– Training & Nutrition) with her husband and personal trainer, Jack. In her spare time Steph will usually choose to still be in the kitchen, but also loves to discover new food spots, enjoy weekend getaways, have family time at the beach and loves a red wine and chocolate shared with friends.
