My main focus for developing these recipes was that they are delicious! I also ensured they are simple and quick to prepare. From a nutritional point of view, I have used ingredients that are supportive of gut, immune and brain health which are all so important for our growing children.

The plan does include moderate amounts of meat and these are balanced with vegetarian meals throughout the week. There is currently no vegetarian version of the meal plan however Steph can easily provide you with some extra plant based recipes to substitute the meat recipes if you wish. Please get in touch if this is the case.

No problem! As a mum of a fussy eater myself I KNOW this approach will be game changing for you like it was for me. Every recipe comes with a suggestion for serving the meal to a fussy eater with the format for how to do this allowing you to take into account your own child’s favourite/safe foods. With this approach there will always be something for them to eat reducing the pressure for you.

Whilst the recipes are not written to be free of common allergies, a lot of them are or can be easily substituted. I can also suggest swaps and substitutions for you if required.
