Recently I had the pleasure of working with one of my favourite brands, Cobram Estate, to create recipes for their new oil range.

This recipe actually came together at the last minute but it was so tasty I knew I had to write it down straight away before I forgot it!

These burgers are a great vegetarian option whilst still keeping the protein high with chickpea's and quinoa.
