This meal came to mind after being out with some friends and enjoying a shared dinner, one meal of which was slow cooked beef lettuce wraps. Not only was it delicious but it was the perfect summer night meal to share with family or friends.

This one's a classic and I know it doesn't sound overly exciting - I always overlook it when I see it on a menu - but trust me, this recipe is seriously yum and will never disappoint! 

Tempeh is a hard one to get people over the line with...until you serve them this! It is probably my favourite way to cook tempeh because it's easy, fresh, damn tasty, and is a meal that is best shared around a table with others.
