It might be Winter but it doesn’t mean salads have to be off the menu completely! Including cooked veggies into your salads is a good idea in the cooler months but another great tip is to add some warming spices like cinnamon, turmeric and cumin.
Making up a big batch of salad on the weekend is such a good idea because lunch for the next 2 -3 days is sorted! I am always trying to come up with different salad combo's because I feel like salad is something people get sick of quite quickly.
What I love most about my job is that I get to show people how you can actually enjoy healthy eating and what seriously tasty creations you can make. This is a perfect example; it's a salad but you can forget the boring old lettuce, cucumber, tomato combo...this one will blow your mind!
