4 Ingredient Cookies
This snack could not be more simple! I created it for my little one so in terms of the most delicious cookie you’ve ever eaten, this won’t be it, but it is super easy to prepare, packed with nourishing ingredients and can confirm it is kid friendly! No nuts or eggs so also a good addition for the lunch boxes.
There are so many variations you could do with this so feel free to play around with adding:
Choc chips
Sultanas
Coconut
Walnuts
Dates
Sesame seeds
chai spice
ginger
and the list go on for any other nuts, seed, fruit, spice….
Makes approx 12 Cookies
Ingredients
2 x bananas, mashed
1 ½ cup oats
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
(optional extras: choc chips, sultanas, coconut etc)
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Press cookies on to a baking tray (you need to shape them into cookies as they don’t rise or spread) and bake for 15 minutes. The outside will be crisp but the inside nice and chewy!
